CIF PLAYOFF GAME - FRIDAY, 3:00 AT NEWBURY PARK HS. - Varsity's first playoff game will be Friday, May 18, 3:00 at Newbury Park High School. Bus transportation will be provided to and from the game! GOOD LUCK BRUINS!

SAVE THE DATE! BASEBALL BANQUET JUNE 4, 2012! - Save the date for the annual Wilson Baseball Banquet on June 4, 2012 at THE REEF Restaurant,880 Harbor Scenic Drive Long Beach, CA 90802. Exact time to be determined. Cost will be $30 per person. Players and Coaches are complimentary. More information will follow!

***GET YOUR BRICK MONUMENT TODAY*** - A $200 donation will get you an 8" x 8" brick with your family name and a personal message engraved and installed in the area behind home plate at Skip Roland Field. The brass plaques can also be purchased and the "donation" amount is a flat $1,000 to create and install a brass plaque onto the existing monuments. CHASE DEJONG COMMITS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Chase DeJong - University of Southern California Trojan

Chase has given his commitment to USC and will become a Trojan in the Fall of 2012.

Chase is planning to major in business with an emphasis in management. (sports or restaurant)

I'm very excited and happy for Chase and the entire DeJong and Bruin baseball family. His commitment to the Trojan baseball program will make it fun and easy for all of Chase's fans to continue to watch him play for one of the most storied baseball programs in all of college baseball.

Personally, I'm also very happy since I'm a life long Trojan fan. 'Fight On' Chase!!!-Coach Hall

Chase's family is grateful to God for providing Chase the opportunity to attend USC and play baseball for the Trojans.

TIM RICHARDS COMMITS TO CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY at FULLERTON

Tim Richards - Cal State Fullerton Titan

Tim has given his commitment to CSF and will become a Titan in the Fall of 2014.

"Congratulations to Junior Shortstop Tim Richards on his verbal committment to Cal State Fullerton.

Tim has been, and will continue to be, a stalwart in our program the past 3 years.

His decision speaks volumes towards his dedication to playing baseball at the highest level possible and for one of the finest programs in the nation.

MATT HEAVIN COMMITS TO CHAPMAN UNIVERSITY

Matt Heavin - Champan University Panther

Matt has given his commitment to Champan University and will become a Panther in the Fall of 2013.

"Congratulations to Matt Heavin and his family on his decision to attend and play baseball for Chapman University next year.

Matt has worked very hard at honing his skills and preparing himself for the next level.

He is an extremely competitive young man who works as hard in the classroom as he does on the field.

Matt has been a real asset to the Bruin baseball program these past four years playing a variety of different positions.

His speed, agility and defensive prowess will serve he and Coach Tereschuk well in the coming years.
